Q1. Why you should support ChangeStation?

We are a team of 4 people who left their professional careers for the cause to provide quality early childhood education at an affordable price and to eradicate poverty in rural areas of Bihar. The earning by teaching these children is taken by the women entrepreneur who runs playschool to maintain their livelihood. We are operating projects for the last 2+ years by taking out loans and helping friends and family. Your contribution will help us to scale our project, reach many more children & provide quality early childhood education and empower women, entrepreneurs.

Q2. How can you support ChangeStation?

You can support us in three ways. 

  1. Expertise – Sharing your expertise in making these playschools more effective in forms of curriculum design, child pedagogy, child physiology, learning environment design, nutrition chart preparation, teacher training, and platform building.
  2. Volunteer – Giving your precious time with these kids and helping them to learn new things.
  3. Donation – You can donate us to maintain and scale our project so that we can reach many more children in rural areas and provide quality early childhood education and empower women entrepreneurs in a sustainable way.

Q3. What is the goal of ChangeStation?

The goal of the ChangeStation is to provide quality early childhood educcation which is affordable and accessible in a rural area by setting up learning spaces which are equipped with a trained teacher, learning environment, standard curriculum with pedagogy and monitoring tools at the foundation age of 3-6 years. 

Q4. What does ChangeStation do?

ChangeStation is a not for profit organisation which works on improving learning outcomes and enrollment rate of children in the age group of 3-6 years in a rural area through it intervention. We provide support from scratch like setup guidance, curriculum design, training, monitoring & evaluation, technical support, financial guidance, and marketing & branding.
